The 2015 Bud Light North of the Border Chili Festival will be held on March 7, 2015 in downtown Lumberton, North Carolina. This is the 14 year of the �Best Chili Cook-Off in the Carolina�s.� The band �Hip Pocket� will be performing in Chili Town from 11 am -1 pm. Teams limited to five members each�Cooking begins at 8:30 am---All chili must be cooked on-site---no store bought chili mixes---Meat can be browned ahead of time---Rice, beans, potatoes, chips, nachos or other ingredients may be pre-soaked, canned, cooked or packaged---One table and paper products will be provided for each team---All other equipment including cooking stoves, tents, etc. must be provided by the cooking team�Electric service is not available---Teams must prepare at least 10 gallons of chili to be used at the festival---Rain or shine---Decisions of the judges are final. Team set up can begin as early as 6am.
